Will AGI Replace Human Creativity or Amplify It?
As we edge closer to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), there's an ongoing debate about its role in human creativity.
Some argue that AGI could surpass human artists, writers, and thinkers β rendering much of what we call βcreative workβ obsolete. But others believe AGI might act as a co-creator, helping us think faster, visualize better, and iterate more freely.
I recently experimented with a generative AI to co-write a short story, and honestly, the results were surprisingly good β but it still needed my voice to make it meaningful.
Curious to know:
Do you see AGI as a threat or tool for creative professions?
Where should we draw the line between human and machine-generated art?
Could creativity be redefined in an AGI-driven world?
Letβs open this up β whatβs your perspective?
